What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is always a higher price for deep cleaning, moving cleaning, but I give them a discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to read what the client needs and read my price. We schedule the appointment to get to the place. Upon arrival, the first thing to do is to show me and precentor the girls already being in the house. Yes, we clean everything as the client requested and many times it cleans. Oh, he organized a little more than what the client describes that is my way of being I am passionate about cleaning everything
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a lot of experience and knowledge in the product cleaning industry and I start improvising. I have been doing what I like and are passionate about for 9 years.
