- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge off the base of the job,location,a one time job will be a little more expensive than a repetitive client. Please keep in mind my time,travel/gas,help,cleaning supplies etc. I charge fare pricing and would highly recommend the customer has cleaning services in their budget. I require a $50 deposit to book your date and time and it’ll be subtracted from your total balance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure the client is totally satisfied with the results! Getting an idea of what they need and looking for. Building a good relationship and understanding with the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I educates myself often on cleaning by watching videos and tutorials. I also like to keep up with the best cleaning supplies. I grew up cleaning up every Saturday morning with my mom and and siblings. I have family and friends that also have cleaning services.
