Per our conversations, we scheduled an original date to arrive at your father's home for "Deep Cleaning Service" on May 5th, 2024. We understood that we needed to reschedule for a date and time that was more convenient for both parties. Our Customer Support Team attempted to contact you via phone call and text message on May 4th, 2024 to select a date and time that works better. Unfortunately, we were unable to get in contact with you. We attempted to call you again on May 8th, 2024 but no answer or callback. The following week, our House Cleaners visited the property on May 12th, 2024 to attempt to meet you at the property and complete the service. There was no one at the property and no answer when we attempted to call. We exhausted all of our resources to communicate with you regarding your "Deep Cleaning Services." We appreciate you sharing your experience with Contessa Cleaning Company, but we believe that all information should be shared for context and clarification.
