Thank you for sharing your experience, Crystal. At Contessa Cleaning Company, we require a non-refundable deposit to be paid at the time of booking. Per our conversations, we scheduled an original date to arrive at your father's home for "Deep Cleaning Service" on May 5th, 2024. We understood that we needed to reschedule for a date and time that was more convenient for both parties. Our Customer Support Team attempted to contact you via phone call and text message on May 4th, 2024 to select a date and time that works better. Unfortunately, we were unable to get in contact with you. We attempted to call you again on May 8th, 2024 but no answer or callback. The following week, our House Cleaners visited the property on May 12th, 2024 to attempt to meet you at the property and complete the service. There was no one at the property and no answer when we attempted to call. We exhausted all of our resources to communicate with you regarding your "Deep Cleaning Services." We appreciate you sharing your experience with Contessa Cleaning Company, but we believe that all information should be shared for context and clarification. Please feel free to call, text, or e-mail us to resolve this issue and an opportunity to provide you "A Royal Cleaning You Can Trust."

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing for cleaning services, maid services, and home organization services are based on the property's number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and add-ons. We include discounts when recurring services are booked (e.g. weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly). All services incur a standardized 'Service Fee' of $9.00.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a new customer of Contessa Cleaning, one of our team members will call to review your inquiry on Thumbtack. Next, you will receive an email with an official estimate that outlines our 40-Point Cleaning Process for your property. Once the estimate is approved by you, you will gain access to our online portal to view your booking, view our services, and manage your account. Lastly, you will receive access to the Contessa Cleaning Hotline for all of your service questions and concerns.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All cleaners are vetted professionals that have successfully completed our standardized training at Contessa Cleaning. A certificate is available (upon request).
