I couldn't have been happier with my decision on this hire. I would never even consider another person to do cleaning for me...even if they were half the price (and this hire was very affordable anyway)...and here is why: I moved to Houston from Missouri this past week. I moved into my new house and the very next day the sewer backed up into my house. Feces flooding the floor, indescribable mayhem. I had nothing to clean the place, I couldn't get ahold of my landlord...it was a disaster for me. But then this hardworking individual showed up at my door to help! She went above and beyond, never complained once, grabbed a plunger and got to work. When she was done everything was sanitized and smelt like bleach and was just able to walk barefoot in my house for the first time since the disaster. So so happy with the result!

GetCleaning Houston is a must if you like hassle free trustworthy cleaning. I got their quote on thumbtack communicated a little more what we needed done and agreed to a price within minutes - all communication was done on thumbtack, I could have called or they would have called me but I found it easier to communicate here. GetCleaning set me up with the app HouseCall and Isabel. Isabel is awesome! Isabel and Joe did an excellent job, we walked through the house to explain what we wanted done and they went to work. We could not be more pleased. I have used different house cleaners over the years in different states and cities; this is the 1st cleaner we have used where my husband actually thought they did a decent job but I heard compliments and superlatives coming out of his mouth. That is a sign of accomplishment in my book. GetCleaning called me after the service to see how everything went and let me know I could just pay through the app. Easy as can be. We are setup for a monthly cleaning and I am able to change the time and day at any time through the app to make sure it fits around my schedule. I could go on but I want everyone to know this was an A+ job in my book and if you use GetCleaning, I would request Isabel - she was polite, professional, and thorough.

Scheduling was a problem. I made an appointment for noon and the crew finally came around 3. Very inconvenient. I almost canceled but needed the cleaning since the house was scheduled for a showing. House was cleaned sufficiently. Could have been better in the master bathroom.

We having a simple pricing matrix that takes in account all of the factors such as, size of home, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, etc. Our pricing is not the cheapest, nor is it the most expensive. Our aim is to give the absolute best service for the lowest cost.

We first explain how our service works. We explain how we use a proven system to ensure a thorough and consistent cleaning every time. We then ask questions to discover if the customer has any specific preferences or priorities that they require from us.
