- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discount for first time customers 20% OFF. Our pricing generally does not change, but it could change depending on the condition of the home. Some homes require more work than others.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a simple process. We show the customer everything that we cover and have them fill out a 10 second form to get their information and that is it!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 17 years of experience in the industry!
