The service came in on time and did a great deep conductive cleaning. The house smelled and looked amazing. Did not see one spec of dust. House Cleaning

This was a rocky exchange. There were many communication errors but the company made things right by the end of the service. I ordered an 8 hr deep cleaning for a 4 bed 3 bath home and emphasized laundry. There were supposed to be 2 people sent to clean; only on person showed up on time. The first cleaner, Latrell, moved slowly, talked a lot, took many breaks, and acted as if the job was below him. The job was to start ar 9 am and he got there 9ish. He had only cleaned one area, the kitchen, and that was not an 8 hr job. He never surveyed the home and made a plan of action. He was pleasant but not an efficient cleaner. The second person, Justin, arrived 5 hours late. He got to it though. He was speedy and his work ethic showed. That is who they should have sent originally. He stayed until 8 pm because of the mixup. Let's talk about the communication. Shayran, the company contract, sent many different request. The day we started communication the information she sent to me was exactly what I wanted. I started inquiring about my needs and she said she could perform them. Between the first communication and the final agreement she sent other packages that the company has. I didn't respond to them directly and focused on the original package. This is were the communication was crossed. We confirm a price but did not directly say in that message which package. The price that was given was consistent with the package I wanted. There was no other package at that price so it was assumed (big mistake to assume) that we were on the same page. This I take accountability for. This was a Mother's day gift to my Mom. I didn't want her to lift a finger but wanted to have people come in and take care of her. This was not the experience. The first person was not told about the laundry. When I was informed of this I called Shayran, we talked about the package and when she saw the error she got on it and found another person to come. My mom started washing clothes, as she has a lot, to fill in the gap (I was not happy about this). The second person got there at 2 pm and got to it. I talked more with Shayran and she was trying to get full payment for 2 ppl when one came late. After a discussion with my mother about her experience and then talking with me we met in the middle. The second person would stay later to complete the job at no extra charge. The experience was not pleasant as a Mother's Day gift but the work got done and my Mom is happy.

To feel less than, like the person talking down to you is superior. You are somehow less intelligent. None of this is true and another person should never do this. Another person is your equal never beneath you. If you treat people this way it will cause you to be seen in a negative light which is not complementary in the least. Based on the phone call with the mother and daughter, My Metro Maid, LLC. Management is very proud of how our employees maintained their calm and professionalism in light of such disrespect. Don’t let anyone ever let you feel this way because it’s not true. You deserve to be treated with dignity and respect! Mother's Day is a celebration honoring the mother.

House Cleaning

BEWARE of this cleaning service. They send a completely inexperienced person who has no clue what to do. they did not bring their own cleaning supplies, no vacuum cleaner, no duster etc. That person used some chemical spray on my 75 inches LED TV worth $4000 and left all permanent streaks on the screen and damaged it. They did not clean bathroom floors or any countertops. The owner Sharon kept calling me repeatedly harassing me non-stop for the balance of $70 even before the services were complete. We have used many vendors before but no one has damaged our property before or given us close to 0% service, NEGATIVE STARS!!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!DO NOT USE!!!!!USE AT YOUR RISK!!!!!

Hi Hasan, thank you for leaving your feedback, we strive incredibly hard here to make every customer experience enjoyable and we're really sorry we've not been able to meet your expectations this time. I'm sorry but Jerrie Lewis is no longer with us. Ms. Lewis is an experienced cleaning tech i.e., Home aglow and Handy. Thanks to our 2nd cleaner tech, an experienced cleaner who loves cleaning homes did a good job per me speaking with Mr. Hasan's wife that confirms the cleaning of their home prompt me to send an invoice for final payment as soon as possible. This is the first time we have heard of the customer's 75 inches LED TV; the cleaning was done almost a month ago Our company is fully insured and bonded if the incident was caused by us. It's discouraging and off-putting for a business when a service has been provided, and a business call and leaves a voicemail or message about an outstanding balance, and you still don't get a callback but get payment from the customer 5 days later. This is just more evidence that money, or perceived social status does not equal good character and instilled human decency

House Cleaning

They reached out to me with an offer. I saw their average rating, but decided to give them a chance anyway since they had little reviews. It takes forever for them to confirm what time and date they will be available. Then they would rush me to answer questions they spent hours asking, one by one, instead of just all at once. Stupid. Finally the day arrives when they are supposed to come. They email me twice with 2 different invoices with a price higher than what they originally said, when I actually need LESS work than everything on their checklist they claim to include. Shady but I'm not at all surprised. What a pity and failure. I will happily spend more with someone else that is upfront, fast, and actually intelligent

Based on the back and forth texting, no phone calls, and requesting same-day service addtl $100 plus recurring Service and First Initial cleaning with My Metro Maid. My Metro Maid, LLC. Management is very proud, it will be almost 30 days since we signed up to Thumbtack. Due to the integrity of our Company and the safety of our employees, we will always verify physical address and contact information - give us an mgmt property contact information instead of the information you used to request Cleaning service through thumbtack.
