Puff sent me two ladies who worked hard the whole 5 1/2 hours they were deep leaning my home. They did a terrific job. Catalina, their staff manager was also very good to work with. She checked in to make sure things were going well and that my needs were being accomplished. Which they were! I will schedule them again!

Cleaning was well done but not complete. Areas like stairs and kitchen were not cleaned. Puff sent her back out to complete and it was partially done. I paid $190 for a deep clean but it was just a regular clean with parts missing. Not continuing the service with them.
