They claimed that my compressor was bad and needed immediate replacement, but upon seeking a second opinion, it turned out that nothing was wrong with it. It's unacceptable to misdiagnose an issue and try to sell unnecessary repairs. I wasted time due to their incompetence. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking reliable HVAC services.

Absolutely great experience! I had a blower motor replaced on a furnace/AC unit. The work was done quickly and professionally. The price was 20-30% of the amount quoted by 2 other large HVAC repair companies (think $350 vs $900-1500; yes, seriously, for the same motor unit and repair). Plus, there was no pressure to replace the entire furnace when only the motor needed to be replaced.

Communication: Great Service: Even Better I'd initially engaged another HVAC company from Thumbtack because they called me back first. I told Dixie Air this when they called me and they let me know that they were available for a second opinion should I feel I need one. This initial company that came out suggested that I needed to replace the thermostat and the wiring to the blower. I was apprehensive that this was the problem. Sure enough, upon calling Dixie to come out, that confirmed that the actual issue was with the blower itself. They gathered the parts, came out and repaired the unit and it's working perfectly as of this writing. I thought they were fair, price-wise and honest with me in terms of providing me options based on their experience and real expertise and my budget. Should I/When I do have another HVAC issue, I would not hesitate to work with them again. Thanks!

HVAC Heroes were a lifesaver! We were getting the run around with our home warranty and each company they sent "couldn't figure it out". We weren't getting cool air on our top floors and in this triple digit heat it was important to figure it out. We decided to call HVAC Heroes and Adrian was able to come out the same day to diagnose the unit and immediately determined the issue. They were able to get the evaporator coil replaced the same day! On a Sunday, during a holiday weekend I must add. Upon completion, we instantly noticed the cool air coming through the vents on the upper levels (which was our issue). I definitely recommend them to anyone that wants their problem diagnosed and repaired correctly!
