* Interior Design: $175-$225 for New Client Consultations with no time limit. Pending Travel. $50 Hr. for Project Management, such as Shopping; Administration; Travel. Flat Fee: $3 per Sq. ft. Example: 2500 Sq. ft. ($7,500). * Staging: $150 for 2 hours Staging Consultation, $295 per room 3/2 room 1500 sq. ft. with your own furniture or 3% of Home Cost. $300-600 per month for rental furniture for 1500 sq. ft.
