Started off not so great. Crew was over an hour late. No call. I felt like a crazy ex gf having to call/email everyone trying to find out what the deal was. 9:30am appt time and the crew showed up at 11:20am. I'm glad I moved my schedule around to accommodate the schedule....When I went outside crew didn't acknowledge me or say anything. I was already annoyed. They barely spoke English. Later on, my boyfriend told me the crew spoke to him when they pulled in. So I guess that's something. But after the lack of communication and showing up really late, the work they provide was really good. They didn't rush the job since they were late. Took a quick 30 mins lunch. Clean the area very well. Overall, I am happy with the service and they did a great job. Just wish the communication was better.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are on a per job basis. That means that what you agree to is what you pay. We will never charge you more because a job takes longer than we originally estimated.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set up an appointment to have one of our restoration specialists go out and take a look at what you need done and provide you with a free estimate. You will receive an estimate by email and once you approve we will put you in line to schedule the work at your property. Payment is required upon completion of the work.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with residential, commercial and multi-family customers all around Houston and the surrounding areas including Katy, Sugar land, Cypress, Spring, The Woodlands, Kingwood, Humble, Missouri City, Pearland, League City, Pasadena, Baytown, Conroe, and more.
