From food services to concession and some catering, "We Bring The Kitchen To You" My cooking comes from a deep passion that I have had my whole life, from the times since I could remember being with my father as he cooked competitively against Chefs like Justin Wilson, and other Chefs at that time just having fun sharing that energy. In closing, I love preparing food and sharing this passion as well.

I would like to say a big thank you to Paul for going above and beyond for our client. He was contacted last minute (less than a week) due to a change in the client's menu/food choice. Paul did not only take this last minute job but made sure he met with the client in person to understand their expectations and needs. The food was delivered hot, in a timely manner, and it tasted so delicious that over 1/4 of the guests went back for seconds. We want to let anyone know who might be considering hiring Kouzans Kitchen for an event you should do so right away and not think another second about it! Not only is the food absolutely amazing the service provided by Nick was outstanding! We hosted a private party and Nick showed up early and ensured the entire group had plenty of food throughout the day and went above and beyond to ensure everyone was pleased with the food. We cannot say enough positive things about the food and service and would not only recommend you use them but rest assured we will use them again in the future when the opportunity arises! I hired Kouzan's Kitchen as the food truck for my wedding. Food was delicious! Everybody loved it and my mother even cut me in line (the bride) at one point-- don't worry, the guys took care of me. My only complaint is that sometimes the line would get a little long but that is because food was cooked to order and my guests were clamoring to get eats. Very good experience and we would book them again. Absolutely delicious.
