I wrote a 5 star rating prior to the completion of our wedding Lovely Jewelz was assisting with. Long story short I believe LaVonda began having to juggle to many things at one time during the time we used her services. She began consistently rescheduling our meetings the night or even hours before hand always with a new excuse and near the end she began no showing when we wanted to terminate the contract and get our money back. She started ignoring our phone calls, scheduling meetings with my fiancé and no showing on him. When my fiancé finally met up with her she didn't have our money because she had spent it on personal or others peoples events. So she basically stole our money! We had no knowledge our money was being used for anything other than what we requested it be used for. She went on to tell us that this is a company of many parts and that she can use our money for whatever she needs too! That is not in the contract that I signed at all. We also gave her money to pay our photographer because that's what she is suppose to do and at the time this all happened our photographer had still not been paid for services rendered 10 months prior to us terminating services. All in all I will never refer this company again please beware of giving any business money up front prior to services being done. To this day she still has decor purchased for our wedding that has not been returned and it's to the point where she can just keep it. Ppl take advantage!

Lavonda has been planning events with precision ever since I can remember. We are planning a wedding and were referred to LaVonda by a family member. I couldnt be more pleased with the services provided. Although they have many other clients to deal with I feel like our wedding is the priority they are always available and responsive. LaVonda is amazing! Very organized, pleasant to be around, attentive and open to your suggestions and ideas, the list goes on.
