- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My degree is in Hotel & Restaurant Management and my pedigree is with the Pappas Restaurants. I decided to get into this line of work when my friends were complaining to me that venue event coordinators, lighting, and DJ's etc were not calling them back, as if they did not need business! Calling people back is a no-brainer for me and I am blessed with the gift of multi-tasking, organization and follow-through. I am not a fly-by-night Event Planner.
