We had the absolute pleasure of hiring Chef Zain and from start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. She is professional, kind, and incredibly personable, making the entire evening feel warm and inviting. We event took a photo with her at the end of dinner to commemorate the wonderful evening! Her attentiveness to food allergies and sensitivities was very mindful (though we didn’t have any), and her attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the meal. The menu was curated specifically for us with a Spanish-Caribbean flare. All meals timely and beautifully executed—every dish bursting with flavor. The charred steak tostones were a showstopper, cooked to perfection with an irresistible green jalapeño-cilantro crema on top. The authentic paella was stunning, perfectly seasoned, and in abundance. The grand finale—the rum cake with vanilla ice cream and toasted coconut— it was truly to die for. We cannot recommend Chef Zain enough, in fact, we plan to spread word of her amazing talent to all of our colleagues and friends! If you’re considering hiring her, do it—you will not be disappointed!

I contacted and hired Chef Zain for my sister's bachelorette party and I am so happy I did. My request was a little last minute (only about two weeks before the bachelorette), but she answered all my questions quickly and delivered on my menu requests perfectly. The food was even better than I imagined it would be. I am sad that I do not live in Houston or I would hire Zain many more times!

Chef Zain was fantastic. She gave suggestions on the menu and gave us multiple options to choose from. She was punctual and the communication was on point. The food! Oh my God, the food! Unbelievable. Her paella was fantastic. We will be hiring her again… as will many of our friends who had the pleasure of eating her food.
