Hire chef William. For reasons I won't disclose, I had to cancel my wedding in the final hour, it was horrifying… Most guests were able to cancel, but some 45 of my closest friends from around the world we're still planning on showing up to support me in my troubles… As I had canceled all wedding related events, and in the final hours before they were arriving, I was in double panic that we would all just be meandering around town, looking for things to eat and do on what would have been my wedding night. But then I happened on Chef Williams profile and my concerns about hosting my friends began to dissolve. He assured me we could use the outdoor park which we had already reserved and paid for(and for which we couldn’t be refunded) and that we could turn this time we all had together into an amazing and meaningful moment that we would remember and cherish. I just let him dictate the way the event would unfold, and it all sounded great to me. He made a few phone calls and organized for a sound system to arrive some canopies for possible weather, some tables and table clothes with set ups and an outdoor propane fired oven... and other event oriented items including a bar and bar tender. he told me not to worry but to just show up and focus on my friends. He presented a few menu items to me which I agreed to, and set to work accomplishing them with the three days we had left. He rounded up fresh fish from a market in town, some cooking clay, and a few assistants to help him execute the event that evening. Well, I can tell you it turned out amazing. He encased fish in clay and baked them in the oven. He would bring the fish out and crack the clay right in front of us to reveal the perfectly cooked snapper and we would all cheer for each one. There were all sorts of other delights and dessert, and we all just plugged in our Spotifies in to the sound system and had the bartender serve up drinks in the glow of the setting sun and everyone was so happy and supportive and fulfilled. We toasted to friendship and dined and danced away the evening. It was beautiful and amazing and I can't recommend him enough. Thank you chef William for saving the day.

We had friends over last weekend and decided to try something different. Honestly, I thought it might feel too formal, but it didn’t at all. The team just came in, set up, and suddenly my apartment smelled amazing. The timing of everything was spot on — every course arrived right when people were ready for it. My favorite part was how the dishes felt connected to each other, not random. You could tell there was a story behind it.

We had a few friends over for what was supposed to be a casual dinner, but it turned into something way more special. The whole evening just flowed — no rushing, no stress, just one beautiful dish after another. Flora & Fauna was very responsive and professional. They accommodated for multiple allergy requests and communication was fluid through connecting me with our chef, Katey. She came early to set up and the food was amazing and she left the kitchen spotless. Will definitely use this company again.
