Very pragmatic in pricing, offering the best for the guests to ensure they feel they are being well taken care of and not taken advantage of my any means.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Converse with client for processing the request quote as clear and precise as possible leaving nothing to chance. Submit requested quote to guests and collaborating over entire quote and ensure 100% satisfaction. If needed a test run of dishes to be done if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
36 years cooking, ranging from 5 star hotel & restaurants in top houses to include Fine Dining, Banquets, Pastry, Baking, Grand Manger, Hot LineItalian, French, American, Tex-Mex, Asian Fusion, Keto, Paleo, Vegan, Vegetarian, as well as wine pairing.
