Just want to let everybody know that if you’re looking for a Personal Trainer that has extreme knowledge on fitness and nutrition Coach Lookman is the guy for you. I have type 2 diabetes & have had a difficult time knowing just what my body needs for fitness success. Since hiring Coach Lookman my motivation is spot on. I am so blessed to have found him. Coach Lookman is great. Very knowledgeable, gives a fantastic workout and really cares about our overall health/goals. My husband and I are very pleased and will continue to have him as our trainer. P.S. my hubby and I have a few injuries (knee, neck and foot….) coach works around all of that and really knows how to navigate around such injuries.

My pricing at 1803 is reasonable and affordable. I offer flexible payment plan with no interest fees but rate are varies, depending on your package. I also offer evaluation session at a discounted rate $30
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients starting, begin their fitness journey with an evaluation session that allow me to assess their movements, postures and current fitness level to create a safe individualised plan for their fitness goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Just to list a few. I'm a BS holder, Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Specialist, and Human Movement Expert, with over 12 years of experience.
