Brady is incredibly knowledgeable, professional but easy going, and very thoughtful about giving me holistic advice about how my workout regimen needs to align with my diet and lifestyle. I am only 2 sessions in but he’s already proven to be 10 times better then any trainer I’ve hired in the past. I highly recommend!!!

A very good first session. Brady didn't push me too hard, but I know what I need to work on. I feel motivated, and that's what I need most.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but feel I should as Brady truly deserves 5 stars! Brady’s workouts are perfect for what I’m trying to accomplish. Brady took the time to find out what I was trying to accomplish and developed a plan for me to meet my goals. He’s very knowledgeable and makes sure you understand and complete the exercises in correct form. Each workout is different and you leave with a full body workout. I highly recommend Brady Roberts!

Brady is the only professional to respond to my post. Luckily for me, Brady contacted me. I am experienced re: personal trainers: pilates, weights, etc. Brady's approach is more whole body, customized. He is also fun. We are talking (based on my request) about this week, for example, what music are we listening to. Or, next week, favorite book.
We met and outlined a plan. His credentials are very good; more importantly, he has long-term clients and is committed to helping them achieve their personal and specific goals. No pushing or overdoing.
Bottom line, I am confident I will achieve my goals.
