- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My coaching is a 16-week private online transformation priced at $2,000 ($125/week). This is not drop-in training, hourly sessions, or short-term programming. Pricing reflects the level of structure, personalization, and accountability required to produce lasting, identity-level results. I do not offer discounts or quick-fix packages—clients invest because they want a permanent upgrade, not temporary progress.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an in-depth intake covering training history, nutrition, lifestyle, stress, and goals. From there, I design a fully personalized system that includes training, nutrition, and weekly accountability. Clients receive structured guidance, ongoing adjustments, and regular check-ins to ensure execution stays aligned with the standard required for real transformation. The focus is not just results during the 16 weeks, but installing habits, discipline, and systems that continue producing results long after the program ends. All coaching is delivered 100% online.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of hands-on experience training myself and others at a high level, with a deep focus on physique development, performance, and long-term sustainability. My expertise is built through real-world application, continuous refinement, and living the standards I coach—rather than relying solely on certifications or theory. The systems I use are proven through execution, consistency, and results that most trainers cannot replicate themselves.
