- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rate per 1 hour session is $50
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we need to determine your fitness goals and your preferred days/times to train. During our first session we will establish baseline measurements of fitness (body composition, mobility, mile time). Once we've established those factors we'll start working to achieve your goals one session at a time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a CrossFit Level 1 certification. I have also completed an extensive curriculum of applied and theoretical training under a MS in Human Performance.
