- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No contracts but I recommend setting up auto pay so that you are locked in to any specials that I have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone consultations allows me to know the client more and ask more detailed questions. After that is a fitness test so that I can build your program biased on your level of experience and fitness.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
