I have been working in this field for 20 years- and been passionate about fitness, health, and whole body wellness all my life. My approach to training is that one size does not fit all, every person is different and I create programs that cater to the individual's needs. I'm a ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, other certifications that I have obtained over my career are NESTA , P-FIT as well as USPTA Tennis instructor. I'm a certified and accredited Meditation Teacher/Practitioner Under Graham Nicholls at the Priority Academy Ltd. I currently hold an American Heart Association CPR/AED Healthcare Provider certification as well. I have competed in professional combative arts since 2007. Which includes professional MMA, Muay Thai, and both amateur boxing and various Jiu Jitsu/Grappling tournaments. I have had the opportunity to work with and learn from top trainers and athletes throughout my career. My father was a professional Tennis player later to become an instructor and coach, he then went on to open a Tennis and Health club which I had many titles within the business lastly being Personal Trainer, to say the very least Health and fitness quite literally is my life. A staple in my approach to training is utilizing and implementing the guidance and techniques that have been proven in the professional arena. I attend many seminars, classes and conferences each year in order to stay on top of the latest research and training methods.
