I’ve been watching different trainers for a year and they all looked the same . I have a 16yr old baseball player and I needed someone who really understood what muscles a baseball player uses. I really liked the way Will put his people through their workouts and shows it’s not only important to him but he has it down to a science for each person . My son looks forward to his workouts and enjoys feeling his workouts the next day. My son said things are never boring with Will and so much better then his boring high school workouts. After he comes home from a workout all he wants to do is tell me what happened and how Will had him sweating. I can vouch if you want your child stronger and faster and give them a fair chance at sports, give Will a try. I hope this review will help someone who’s trying to go that extra mile.
