Introduction: I have personal weightloss experience, losing 90lbs so far. I also have worked with college students helping them lose body fat and gain lean muscle. I create custom workout plans that allow women to lean out and build curves.

Chelsea was/is an amazing person. She took me under her wing and showed me what to do and how to do it. She would answer all my questions no matter what time it was. Chelsea was always motivating me and pushing me to do better! She continues to help me become the better person that we both know that I can be. I would recommend her to anyone.
