Deundre did a wonderful job. My printer had a leaking valve from one of the ink tanks. He tried to fix it, but it had already leaked ink into the printer, which was no longer working. So, with his guidance, I had a new printer delivered and he installed it perfectly. I highly recommend this patient, kind, expert printer repair specialist. I will definitely use Deundre again.

Deundra, came to repair our printers and not only did he repair it but also saved us more $$ in parts by using what we already had. (older non-functioning printers) He is also very knowledgeable about the machinery and offered great solutions. Quick and easy repair. Very responsive in answering all of our questions. Overall great experience, our machines are up and running again and we will definitely call Deundra for future services again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I will not be using this service again. I feel like I was taken advantage of. I initially thought my printer wouldn’t turn on, but it turns out nothing was wrong—it just needed the power button on the front switched on. That was the only “fix.” I understood and agreed to the $100 service fee, especially since I was told that if repairs were needed, that fee would be applied toward the cost. However, no actual repairs were performed. Despite that, I was initially charged $175 for simply turning on the printer. After addressing it, I still ended up paying $150. I had no issue paying the agreed service fee, but charging extra for something so minor feels unfair and misleading. This experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this service.below is what was told to me.
