- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for new clients are meeting them in person( if agree’s), or virtually on either zoom or FaceTime. I feel it’s always good to know who your talking to. Adding a face to a voice is important. Communication, and trust is best formed when you can look one another in the eye when first meeting, and going over the business plan. I take notes of everything from big preferences, to small minor details. Keep communication open informing of all importance. Negating a price and locking in the price agreement.

Real estate, property management as a total for well over 8 years. Customer service complexity resolutions , and problem solving.
