Immaculate Solutions did a wonderful job with deep cleaning and cleaning the carpet of one of my properties. The place smelled and looked brand new, Cinderella (the house) definitely got their slipper back. Moreover, I was extremely impressed with the responsiveness and open communication with the company. I was not physically in the state and they answered all my phone calls, text messages and kept me abreast on the cleaning process. I would definitely used them again. My new tenants moving into the property were extremely impressed and happy.
Definitely hire them I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Photos below of before and after.

Kristy is very professional and has an awesome personality! She came right in and started to clean. She did an excellent job cleaning everything including organizing my closet. I received a deep cleaning for a very reasonable price compared to other cleaning companys. She makes sure this price is fair and she DOESN'T change the price after you've agreed on one :) She reassured that she would get the job done and she did! Thank you so much!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The goal at Immaculate Solutions is to meet and exceed our customers expectations!! When working with new customers we try to find out the customers' cleaning needs and budget. Then, if given the opportunity, we try to negotiate the fairest price possible for the customer. Finally, we find out the best time to complete the cleaning, details of home, etc.
