Kiran Srinivasan says, "Had a blocked drain from the upstairs bathroom sinks - water was backing up. Tried to get my trusted handyman to fix it, unfortunately he worked on it some and left to return today with proper tools. He fell sick and didnt make it, leaving me with a crisis. Contacted Blanco Brothers and Sandra was just fantastic - got me on their schedule despite Labor Day. She remained in touch, got me the TX Plumber Lic# for the business for my assurance and contacted me to advise of a delay in service. Carlos (one of the brothers - a journeyman plumber, the other being Albert, a Master Plumber) showed up and diagnosed and fixed my back-up issue very efficiently. A knowledgeable, kind, and pleasant young man - truly took his time to listen to my issue, knew exactly where the problem lay (the T where the two sink lines meet), snaked it and restored all the drain piping he had to remove . Further, at my request, he cheerfully checked out all the other bathroom sinks and toilets, and cleaned/tweaked as needed. All for a very reasonable flat fee. An honest set of people - lovely to have interacted with them. Blanco Bros is now in my address book for any future plumbing needs. Thanks, Sandra and Carlos!"See more

Roland J. says, "John contacted me right after I posted my request on Thumbtack. He listened to my issues and we agreed to have him come by today, Saturday, between Noon and 1 PM. He texted me to let me know that he was on the way. When he got here, he assessed to issue. He tried a snake through the drain that was clogged, and he heard the snake going up through the vent. He went up on the roof and ran the snake through the vent. BINGO!!! It cleared it up. I was very happy that John was able to clear the clog. Also, he educated me on how the drains worked. I had no idea that there was a P-trap just a few feet in from the drain. This had become clogged with hair, which he pulled out and showed me. For the time spent, the issue resolved and done by a very personable pro, we are very happy that we got Trust Plumbing. They had a lot of “5” ratings, and I understand why. They are real good."See more
