FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fixed pricing based on the specific needs of each project. I always charge per project, not by the hour, which allows clients to have a clear understanding of the total cost from the beginning. Additional charges may apply only if the client requests extra work beyond the original agreement. Generally, I include the preparation materials in the price. I also offer discounts and special promotions from time to time. Estimates are always free, and I’m happy to answer any questions my clients may have. Even if you decide not to hire me, I’ll gladly offer tips or guidance to help you move forward with your project. I also work with a professional plumber, so we can provide additional support and information for your project if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always adapt to what’s most convenient and comfortable for the customer whether it’s through messages, phone calls, or an in-person visit to their home. From there, I take the time to understand the client’s project and specific needs. I’m very detail-oriented, and I make sure to clearly explain the benefits and details of the work I’ll be doing. Once we’ve covered all the project requirements, I provide an estimate and work with the client until we reach a fair agreement. Throughout the entire process, communication is constant. I personally like to keep my clients informed every step of the way down to the smallest detail so they feel confident and involved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training and have completed various online courses, as well as in-person training at different locations throughout Houston. My background also includes learning directly from experienced professionals in California, Kansas, and Oklahoma, which has given me a broad perspective and deep understanding of the trade. In addition, I’m knowledgeable in both traditional and modern preparation methods many of my clients still recognize and request those classic techniques today. I also have formal education that supports my professional foundation.
