William did a wonderful job!
He replaced a cracked floor tile and replaced cracked grout in our bathroom, shower and entryway. Very professional and cleaned up. Was able to match our grout color. Highly recommended. Thank you!

My project was a small, kitchen backsplash in a 900 square foot condo. This is the first time I commissioned a backslash, and William was helpful in guiding me through the process and requirements to complete the installation.
His capacity to estimate time and cost are sharp; he is punctual, careful and tidy in the space and property, kind, friendly, and the work is high calibre.

William was so easy to deal with. His work was excellent. He had to mesh some new tile with tile flooring that had been there for years. I was so impressed how meticulous it looks. The look is seemless.
He also kept everything clean while working. You hardly ever experience that anymore.
Highly recommend.

I am a Commercial General Contractor - I deal with tradesman on a daily basis, and I would recommend William to anyone who needs tile work done.
William was respectful, extremely clean, and delivered on exactly what he said he was going to do.
His price was fair for the amount work that he did, and he was very thorough on his quote on what work he was providing and what materials that I was providing.
I left William at my house to get work done and had no problems. He communicated with me when he left for lunch and left my house cleaner than when he got there.
10/10 recommend BWR- and will be using them again myself.
