Introduction

My name is Baron Wallace. My buddies in the furniture installation business call me BW. I have worked in both commercial and residential furniture assembly/installation for 25 years serving the DFW Metroplex. I have a passion for working small projects that make people happy and their lives easier. I've put together many things from television stands of any size, to dining and work chairs and even basketball goals in the backyard for the kids. I'm detailed oriented, so complicated jobs don't scare me. I'm professional and organized, so I always have my own tools and equipment at the ready.

Baron was really good! He was punctual and assembled my bar stools in the time estimated with no scrapes or scratches. Very professional and affordable. I was surprised at how fast he completed the bar stools.

This guy came to my house at 9am on a Friday mor to assemble bunk beds he practically beg for the job because o told him I was going with someone else he came at 9 left around 4 and did not complete HALF OF WHAT HE WAS SUPPOSED TO DO NOT TO MENTION HE HAD ANOTHER GUY AND A LADY WITH HIM THAT DID NOTHIN AND WERE CHARGING ME 300$ I TOLD YHEM I HAD YO GO TO WORK WHEN COULD THEY COME BK TO FINISH IT WE AGREED TO 7am Monday which is today HE CALL ME AT6:30 am talking bout HE IS OUTSIDE MY APARTMENT I WAS SLEEP AND TOLD ME HE HAD ANOTHER HE NOT DOING MINE LOL EVEN AFTER I PAID THEM HALF OF WHAT THEY CHARGE YO COME BK BUT THATS ALRIGHT GOD DNT LIKE UGLY BABY YOU WILL NOT WIN PLAYING DIRTY

Ms. Bradley, first thank you for selecting BW Mobile Furniture Ass;embly. We really appreciated the opportunity to work for you. I apologize that the job was not completed to your satisfaction, and thank you for paying for the work that was completed. In the future, we will do a better job of assessing what the project requires. Upon arrival, we found out that your job was way more labor-intensive and complicated than what was discussed over the telephone. And though we did attempt to finish the job,we could not get in touch with you on the second morning that we arrived. After waiting for some time after sending texts and leaving voicemail messages, we had to move on to our next job. So we are also disappointed that it did not turn out as planned. Good luck in the future with your projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fair, competitive, reasonable pricing. My fee for coming out to do the job ranges between $50 and $75 flat plus the cost to assemble whatever item the customer requests. Please be specific. The price to assemble a dining chair is different than the price to assemble a bar stool or office chair, for example. I guarantee work for furniture that is to be assembled new out of the box. However, any projects where the customer consults on the unfinished or incomplete work of another is not guaranteed. I will help as much as I can, but that work is not guaranteed and no refund will be issued for work done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will reach out to the cutomer view message/email and follow up with a phone call to discuss the details of your project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over twenty-five (25) years of furniture assembly experience in the DFW area both commercial and residential.
