Had an issue w/ the door not wanting to close on Saturday. Sounded like the motor was jammed somehow, but the door moved freely up & down when released from the track. Jose came out later the same day & diagnosed the problem as needing a replacement control board. I had that same issue a few years ago & had replaced it myself as it was under warranty. Being out of warranty now, it would have cost $150 & taken a week to get so I had them install a new Chamberlain opener. Picked it up Sunday morning and they installed it that afternoon. Easy-peasy, Jose checked & lubricated all the door hinges & rollers & the new opener is very QUIET now! Excellent service & well worth the cost. Will keep RIOS GARAGE DOOR in my contacts for future reference!

This is one of the best home repair experiences I've ever had. I started the project on Thumbtack at 1:30 PM today and the whole thing -- two springs replaced -- was done by 3:00 PM. I got a great price up front and the work was done in record time. Highest recommendation!

Man I gotta say Rios Garage did an excellent job repairing my garage door springs.. I could not open or close the door since yesterday and they came out right away today at my convenience which was a bonus... Everything was explained to me as to how the old springs broke and how the new torsion spring operates.. done in 30 min!!! Thanks to the Rios brothers!! Oh by the way I got 4 estimates and 5hey were the best!

Jesus responded very quickly and was able to come out to take a look at the garage door the same day. He was able to easily figure out the minor issue and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. We really appreciate that and will absolutely call him for any repairs in the future!
