- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to have competitive prices from the areas they are contacting. First time can look high but is an estimate, can offer a better price if you hiring me again . And right now I’m offering $10 off in their cleaning. I bring my own supplies and equipment. I’m pet friendly and kid friendly
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will need the day and good phone number for the booking. One day prior I contact to make sure we still in the same page and will be someone for open the door for me. After my job is done the client check my job and I expect to be pay. After the app will request a review clients are not obligated but happy if they decide to leave one
