Alex and Fabian were fantastic. I was on a tight timeline and they were able to come in a pinch. They were on time, thorough and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They even went back and re-did spots they noticed when we did a walk through, and they provided some great advice for keeping it all maintained as well. They were also just super nice and friendly, easy to talk to, and you could tell they really know their stuff. Overall I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone. They do a great job and are great people!

My parking lot at my business was in much need of a good cleaning. A few companies came out to take a look at the job and did not seem to interested in servicing the concrete, due to how bad it was and also because their price was out of our budget. I found Maverick PressureWashing on a Facebook ad and decided to give them a call. After sending some images of the parking lot Alex the owner seemed very happy to come out in person to see the job. Long story short, Alex gave me a solution on what could be done and with his prices being in my budget we where able to make a deal. We where very satisfied with his service and we will definitely be them through out the year.

Our Pricing is based on the Sq Footage of the property, and the scope of the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to quote online to avoid having the customer change their schedule to meet with us. We can quote via Google Maps, and we can do our job without the customer being present.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 4+ years of experience Pressure Washing, we are also Certified Techs from Roof King Products.
