They were on time and promptly returned my messages. I paid $250 for a hot tub cleaning. I believe they drained and cleaned the hot tub, but frankly, it did not seem clean afterwards. Also, usually after cleaning, usually companies make sure the chemical levels were good. This did not happen as they left while the hot tub was refilling. There was also a a lot of bubbles after the cleaning which indicate to me that the wrong cleaning products might have been used. I was disappointed as there were a lot of good reviews for this company. I would not use them again.

As part of our standard practice, we promptly informed you and even provided a video detailing the observation. This proactive approach allows us to communicate any pre-existing concerns before initiating the service, aiming to prevent any misunderstandings or complications post-service.
Throughout the cleaning process, our team diligently balanced the chemicals and reached a point where we could ensure the proper chemical balance for your hot tub. At the completion of our work, we kindly requested confirmation if anyone was available to turn off the water, as we had concluded our service and didn't require the hot tub to be completely filled for balancing purposes. Your approval was sought and received at this stage.
Following the completion of the task, our professional conscientiously assisted in loading the cover, ensuring its placement in the appropriate area before our departure. A message was promptly sent to inform you of the completion of the service and to extend our availability should any further assistance be required.
As a service-oriented professional, it's integral for us to maintain clear communication and address any concerns promptly. Your silence after our communication led us to believe that everything was satisfactory.
