We needed our screens replaced in a short amount of time to be able to open the windows during the short fall we have here in Texas. Santos was quick to respond which was great. He came out took the old screens and had them back on within 3 days...which was also great. When he returned I was at work and my elderly mom was here. This is where the not so great comes in. When I got home I noticed several issues. 1. He left all his trash in our back yard. 2. The free window cleaning that was promised never happened. 3. Three of our windows will not open now. So much for enjoying the cooler weather. Tried calling him several times to get him to come back out. That never happened. So we are stuck with the windows not opening till we can find someone else to fix the problem.
