Look no further, this is your new cleaning team! I have used a number of different companies from thumbtack, and this team is by far the best. On time, professional, thorough, quality work at very reasonable prices considering they use natural products and they use these amazing diffusers while they are here to spread sweet smelling essential oils in my house. Two thumbs up!Nov 27, 2015Verified
Dr Green's Clean Team went above my expectations in cleaning my house. They showed up on time and left no dust or dirt behind. I highly recommend using them!Sep 25, 2015Verified
This was the worst cleaning experience we have had. We get our home professionally cleaned often, and our house didn't require a deep clean. We were quoted 120$ for the cleaning and they ended up asking us 180$ at the end for an incomplete job. These were the owners that cleaned for us, so you would think customer satisfaction is their number one priority, well it wasn't. The job was very rushed and the job was supposed to be all of the floors vaccummed, mopped, baseboards, window sills included. Our floors were sticky and not mopped properly. The stairs were not vaccummed properly and it was very rushed, their vaccum ruined our brand new carpet in our home. It burned the top fibers badly on our stairs and in other areas. This probably happened since they were in such a hurry. Upstairs was left in complete disarray. They threw everything that was in the bedrooms in the closets. There was only one bed made in the three bedrooms that we have. They didn't clean any of the bedrooms, only vaccummed. They didn't even touch the master bedroom or the bathrooms. The Window sills were only cleaned in the dining room and breakfast area in the whole house. We ended up giving them 140$ which was not deserved. We feel very disrespected in the way the treated and left our home. We will never ever use them again and I would not recommend to anyone unless you want your carpets ruined and none of your upstairs/ or your bedrooms cleaned. Our bathroom wasn't even touched and I can't believe everything was thrown in the closets. The laundry room and pantry weren't even touched. This was an absolute disaster and they were so careless. They didn't even care to finish the job saying we have to hurry and go to another. That is not how you run your business and the 140$ that we paid was not earned.Oct 13, 2015VerifiedDr. Green's Clean Team's reply
Zena, we apologize this was the worst cleaning experience you've had, however it is unfair for you to fabricate details that are untrue. Going back to the initial quote we gave you of $120 for a two hour Eco-Clean that we based off of your size house and the fact that you told us your house had been professionally cleaned within the last week. When we spoke on the phone, your first question was if the price would change when we got there, and what services were included. I sent you via email our Cleaning Checklist that explained what was included in each type of clean, along with instructions on how to prepare your home for our services. I mentioned customizing your price to fit your needs once we got there and you could show us what you needed done. Upon arriving at your home, we immediately noticed the house was not at all prepared for a maid service to come in, nor had it been professionally cleaned in a very long time. The shear amount of trash, food, dishes, dirty clothes, stains, grime and dust buildup, etc all over every floor and surface area in EVERY room led me to approach you immediately and tell you that your house needed a deep clean, and that we did not allocate time to do a deep clean for you that day. I also told you we would have to come back because of the level of clean your home needed. I specifically asked you where you wanted me to put the clutter that was all over each counter/table/floor area and you stated to me that you "did not know where to put it all". I told you we allotted a two hour time frame for your house at $60 per hour, yet we still spent 3 hours cleaning. We waited to do your bedroom and bathroom last because you were sleeping. We woke you to start cleaning it and we were told to wait, that you wanted to shower first. Upon entering your bathroom, the toilet wouldn't even flush, yet we scrubbed and disinfected it anyways, and there were so many items on the counter top we couldn't even begin to clear it off to clean it because there was no where to put any of your stuff. I came out and told you that because of the extreme amount of prepping needed for us to even start cleaning in the bathroom and bedroom we wouldn't be able to complete it because it would have taken at least another hour, and at that point, yes, we had to leave to get to another clients house on time. Luckily for us upon seeing the condition of your home when we arrived we took photos of each area, including the floors and stairs. It is absurd for you to claim our vacuum burned your "new" carpet, as our pictures clearly indicate the condition of your floors and counters prior to us cleaning them. Not to mention the model of vacuum we use is top of the line and is specifically designed not to harm even the most delicate rugs and carpets. It is not unreasonable for a company to ask to be compensated for extra work you asked us to do that we weren't notified about before arriving. We did in fact dust every window ledge and baseboards, but as I said multiple times, your home seriously needed a deep clean. I even told you it was a 5 to 6 hour job, and that we wouldn't have time to get to everything considering all of the extra work you piled on us just to get to the tasks you actually hired us to do. I believe much of this would have been avoided had you'd been honest with me about the condition of you home prior to us scheduling your job. God Bless!
House Cleaning (One Time)
They did a fantastic job! The house we were moving into had not been lived in, in quite a while and needed a thorough deep clean and this company delivered! They went above and beyond anything I could have expected. I look forward to using them again perhaps for touch ups here and there or maybe even on a more regular basis just because I was so happy with the service they gave us. Hire them if you want somebody to do a fantastic job, you won't be disappointed if you do!Aug 27, 2015Verified
Deep or Spring Cleaning
I hired Dr. Green's to do a deep clean of my home that I have on the market. I was really attracted to the idea of non-toxic chemicals being used but I'll admit, I wasn't sure if non-toxic chemicals would do the trick on my old house. We had it majorly renovated before it went on the market, and being heavily pregnant at that time, I never really gave it a real deep clean after the construction. We were endlessly finding drywall dust in new places. I walked in to the house after the service and was blown away by how clean it was. The windows gleamed and the bathrooms looked so wonderful. It was enough to make me second guess listing the darn thing. Amber and Toby were so nice and bent over backwards for me when I made the mistake of not leaving a check in the kitchen for them. Not only did I get a great deal, I found a reliable cleaning service to use in the future. One other thing that I liked-- they asked me in advance to let them know of any problem areas. I gave them my list and was overjoyed to see them so clean! Great job guys-- will definitely use again.Aug 28, 2015Verified
