I am from the Island of Jamaica. I enjoy cooking. My goal is to wow you with each taste and bite that keep you coming back for more. My dishes are home style recipes with an authentic Jamaican flavor. My prices are always competitive. You may not heard of me but that’s because I have recently moved from New York State to hear in Midlothian TX. Back in NY I have done Private Parties, Birthday Parties, Weddings, Cotillion, Baby Showers, Church Events, Christmas Parties and also volunteer for Community Dinners. Since I have been here in Midlothian TX I have done Graduation Parties, Birthday Parties, Baby Shower, Private Party for a known Rehab Clinic in Irving TX and Lunches.

My wife and I hired Chef Kevin for her Birthday party. He was on time, and setup everything beautiful, and him and his severs were fantastic. The FOOD! The food was excellent. My guests ate everything. We had a half tray left from 7 trays. Chef Kevin keep up the good work. I cannot wait until my next event to hire you.

Chef Kevin was the ultimate professional. He understood we were working with a short time table and responded honestly with what was needed and what could be done. Even with a short time table he included a tasting that sealed the deal. Finding authentic Caribbean food is tough for me because I'm from Miami where more than half the food is Caribbean. His food made everyone come back for seconds. Even the leftovers were consumed the following day. He showed up to the event on time and stayed a little after as well. Chef Kevin's services were well worth it and he has been added to my directory.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’s important for me to have a conversation with my customers and meeting them before I start a job. This gives me a better field of the person I am working with and the job I’m about to do.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent 12 years working for the Marriott Hotel/Restaurant cooking and Managing and 2 years with the Hilton and Sheraton Hotel servicing private parties and functions. And from childhood to my teens my parents taught me the authentic Jamaican food recipes.
