- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on how many times a week you choose to train. I sell monthly packages from 4-12 sessions a month. Each package includes Hybrid Training. Which means, on days we do not physically meet, I am also providing you with online coaching to make sure you continue to stay accountable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first start with a phone consultation to go over goals and any possible injuries. From there we would schedule a free training session before deciding on committing on personal training. I think it’s important that customer and personal trainer see if it would be a good fit before starting training. During the duration of training it’s important that both trainer and client are properly and consistently communicating in order to get the best of the personal training experience.
