- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everything is about the client. We will determine together what the best solution is for your roofing needs. Sometimes it makes sense to use insurance, sometimes it doesn't. I will always provide and explain the best option.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the DFW roofing market for more than ten years. I have led sales teams and taught roofing to dozens of sales reps. I recently decided to take my experience and form my own company. Additionally, I have a background in personal finance and was in management with a fortune 500 company before getting into the roofing industry.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with high net-worth clients with millions in property holdings and I have worked with individual home owners. I pride myself in putting the client first.
