- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although my prices are not as expensive as most, that does not lessen or equate to the value of my service. I'm licensed, insured, certified, and I give my couple 110%. You see, I'm not driven by price, but for my love of the hobby. This started as a hobby but then turned into a full-time business because I really love what I do. Seeing so many fairy tales being told right before my eyes is a wonderful and beautiful experience for me everytime!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a couple makes contact, we will usually set up a meeting, via office, phone, Skype, or a small café of their choice. We will discuss their wedding detail and vison for their special day. If they decide I am a good fit for them both, then they request and agreement. As requested, they will receive an agreement to sign and a 30% deposit is required to reserve their day, From that point I am always open to whenever they need me.
