I posted on Thumbtack looking for a personal trainer, and Zach sent me a message asking if I would be interested in working out with him. We did a free trial session together and I have been using him ever since (almost 3 months). I recently got engaged this year, and I want to make sure that I look my best for the big day. I wanted to look more toned, be able to run a half marathon, and live a healthier lifestyle and be more active. I also have a history of asthma, so he made sure to watch out for that during our workouts. Zach set up a program customized for me and my goals, and then we went to work. I work out once a week with him, and do a variety of cardio, strength training, and balance exercises during our time together. He also writes out additional exercises to complete during the week as well, so I keep myself accountable. He is also very flexible on different workout times throughout the week, so if something comes up, we can change it easily to fit out schedules. When I started working out, I weighed between 150-145. I am down to 135 and have lost three inches around my waist, as well as other target areas. Zach has been a great personal trainer for me and I will continue to use him.
I am very pleased with Warfare Training and I am getting exactly what I was looking for. Carl is a very good trainer and I feel very comfortable in his training sessions. He is like a friend. He tailors training according to the needs, like days when feeling weak or strong, low on energy or having more energy than usual, or even changing plans because of injuries. She demonstrated the benefits of strength training in a way that changed my outlook on fitness. Under her training, I lost all my post-pregnancy flab, strengthened my knees and became toned and fit. She was thorough in her assessment of my goals (strength & toning), my medical history (weak knees), my schedule (full-time working mother of two), my current exercise habits, my diet (vegetarian) and eating habits, and all things affecting my workouts. Great personal trainer. As a personal trainer, nutritionist, and massage therapist he is very knowledgeable and will be able to give you the guidance needed to achieve any fitness goal desired. It takes a lot of hard work, but Greg won't let you quit. He will keep you motivated. Give him your time and dedication and he will give you results!
Keenan has been working with our son Blake who suffered a Trumatic brain injury. Blake has shown great improvement with his strength and mobility. Keenan is incredibly patient, kind and knowledgeable and he always finds ways to push Blake. We highly recommend Keenan as your personal trainer!

This is the first time I worked with a personal trainer. It was with a group which made it a lot less intimidating. Some of the other guys in the group would bring up issues or questions I hadn't thought about, but there was still a direct line to David Becker if I needed it. Speaking of David; it's obvious he cared about our success and education. He was very thorough with the information about diet, exercise, motivation, form and pushing the workouts without injuring yourself. He acknowledged every post in the group. My life, health, attitude and approach to fitness have changed almost beyond comprehension, all for the better of course. It may seem simple to most but I felt a little overwhelmed with all of the information out there about health and fitness. David broke it down into simple steps with easy instructions. It really was easy to stick to the plan, with all of the support. I am 47 and I wish I could have done this 10 years ago. I feel like I hit a reset button on my health and attitude. After having both of my knees replaced, I began looking for a trainer that would work with me on my strength, balance and range of motion, and to also give me the confidence to safely work out again without injury. Matt Zuriel was such a perfect fit for my goals! He listened and developed a program personally for my needs, pushing and challenging me to a place where I could feel good about myself and what I was capable of accomplishing. He is easy to talk to, is knowledgeable about nutrition and is extremely conscientious about rehabilitation and protection after injury. Matt is my “go to guy” for a personal trainer and I would highly recommend him in a heart beat!

Tom has a well structured approach and personal manner which has me looking forward to each and every training session. He builds you up from the basics (form, discipline, etc.) and keeps it interesting!
