- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Just finished (OCT 2014) with New Horizons the Security Plus course and Network Systems MCSA: Windows Server 2012 courses.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work on desktop and laptop PCs and peripherals during minor repairs/fixes. I also do installs, operates, maintains, and repairs printer equipment. Experience POS setup too.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I do troubleshooting technical problems and issues, determines technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company or customer representatives for coordinate product solution.
