Monica is an exceptional person to help you through the process of getting new equipment or service thru Finch. She is through, takes pictures of equipment outside and up in attic to show you issues so you don't have to climb around. She works with the technician who is servicing your equipment. She helps with the process by answering your questions so you can understand them. She completes the process quickly and efficiently. She is very pleasant!

Our Technicians are NATE certified. All employees are background checked and go through drug screening.
