FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do park, home, bootcamps, and gym workouts at a local gym. Each has its own pricing and potential discounts according to which of the three it is and the amount of sessions purchased.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first session is always free. We discuss your goal more in depth. Depending on the goal, we may do measurements to start tracking our results, along with a quick assessment workout to determine where to start our program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the course of 10 years, I have had numerous certification. NASM, NASM- CES, ACE, NCSF, ISSA, and continuing education credits. I have also been the strength coach for First Baptist Christian Academy the past 5 years. I worked for 24 hour fitness as a personal trainer for 5 years and a fitness manager for 4 years before ultimately decided to work for myself. Before that my background was in powerlifting and was a region four champion and top 10 state competor.
