Trainers in the fitness world are abundant. True personal trainers are a different breed of individuals all together. Brock truely is a cut above the rest and one of the only trainers I would recommend for (my) clients if something were to happen to me. Only other trainers may understand the level of that statement but for clarity (great trainers generally become like family and we protect our clients as such).

I have been training with Brock for around 2 years. I have known him for some time now and I must say he is one of the few people I trust when it comes to fitness. He is always willing to give advice to improve your workout and prevent injury. Brock is great at boosting you confidence and making you push yourself. I have seen first hand his knowledge about fitness. All the way from the physical workouts to diet plans. If your looking for someone that knows a lot about fitness, this is you man. I highly recommend him!!! Also, He not only can give you the pump you want and the motivation you desire. Brock is also a Godly man, one who leads by example. God has blessed him with knowledge and ability about training. He is the best personal trainer I know. You can't go wrong with Brock if you decide to use him. 5 STARS!!!!

Yes, Brock is my son, BUT for years I've heard people praise his training and I can't count the times I've introduced myself to someone who said "Oh, wow, is Brock your son? He's my trainer and..." He's a great influence for the kids at FBCA and he's helping his dad and me be healthier and more fit to enjoy our grandkids!! Toni Shuman

I have trained with Brock several times this past year. He's an awesome trainer. He asks you what your goals are and then sets up training for you. Very easy to work with and helps you reach your goals. Even pushes you if you want to be pushed! Best trainer I have ever worked with. Very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone at any fitness level.

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I do park, home, bootcamps, and gym workouts at a local gym. Each has its own pricing and potential discounts according to which of the three it is and the amount of sessions purchased.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? Our first session is always free. We discuss your goal more in depth. Depending on the goal, we may do measurements to start tracking our results, along with a quick assessment workout to determine where to start our program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Over the course of 10 years, I have had numerous certification. NASM, NASM- CES, ACE, NCSF, ISSA, and continuing education credits. I have also been the strength coach for First Baptist Christian Academy the past 5 years. I worked for 24 hour fitness as a personal trainer for 5 years and a fitness manager for 4 years before ultimately decided to work for myself. Before that my background was in powerlifting and was a region four champion and top 10 state competor.
