- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you book a DJ Service, the first step is contact. We can book via email, the phone, texting, Facebook, google, Skype, in person... whatever you prefer, I'm open to it! Email is usually the fastest, because if I am in an event, I won't be answering my phone. The email also gets forwarded to my girlfriend Brittney. She is presently the Operations Manager and she does bookings, answers questions, and handles payments. Once we get a rough idea of what you want, we work up a quote. That quote will be valid until your event. We have a fixed rate, no hidden fees. The only exceptions to your quote changing is in the event you opt to and ceremony music service to your reception, or if you want to extend your hours on a corporate event. We book by hours on corporate/other events. Weddings are a standard, full day. We do not book two weddings in one day. The quote will be offered and deposit must be paid to book date. Deposit is generally 50% of the required services. The other 50% is due before 30 days prior to your event via cash, check, credit, paypal; financing is also available through Paypal Credit, subject to approval. After this is paid and the dates are worked up, we then start planning your event. We can send you selections, or you may just have you own ideas of what songs you want. Your playlists are incorporated in our receptions, however, you're not required to provide one if you want to take a hands off approach. Our library is full to the brim with the songs you may have forgot you loved. We make our timeline of the event, the songs, and answer any other questions you have for us! When you book audio: Contact is the first step as well, the second step is actually scheduling studio time and payment. Once you have paid and are in the studio, the process varies from each person depending on their recording needs and where they are at in their music career.
