Patricia is the professional's professional. I went to her seeking help for my weight loss and health. I am a post heart bypass patient that has had 3 heart attacks. Due to my limitations and medications, losing weight was a difficult issue for me. Patricia spent so much time learning about my condition, to better customize a health and exercise plan that would work for me. Through nutrition, sleeping, exercising, and attitude, she was able to transform me into a much healthier person. I owe my current health, strength, and optimistic outlook about my condition to her. I am able to exercise, work, and maintain normal activities, that many in my medical condition do not. I would recommend Patricia to anyone who looking for a high quality physical trainer.

Having Patricia work with me was a great experience. She takes the time to listen to my concerns before training. For the past six years, she's helped me to heal with certain ailments that I had been dealing with. Patricia is very knowledgeable and it was a pleasure being a client of hers.

My entire family has worked with Patricia. My son (early 20's) lost over 100 lbs working with her and she had an excellent relationship with him to find out what was motivating to him. I have several medical challenges with my back and knees that she was able to adapt exercises for me to complete a full workout. She takes the time to listen to your goals and encourages you the best way possible. Extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Patricia and enjoy working with her!!!
