Introduction: I do school online and am more interested in furthering my skills through work than making money. My fees will normally be a fraction from that at a repair shop, or free if I can't figure it out. Most places will charge just for dropping it off. I always had an interest in computers and now attending school gives me an opportunity to learn more. I have done a lot of self taught as well as through the school and it makes me feel good helping people out.

I originally contacted Daniel about a custom PC he was selling, but this individual went out of his way to help me with my current PC. Whenever I would message him, he would reply with in minutes. He answered every one of my questions first, and didn't charge me at all. I had some noobish questions like how to change stuff in BIOS, to more advanced questions as to how to create a bootable drive to work on SSD. He answered all of them with ease. His services are very cheap considering some of the other companies and individuals out there who charge a lot more and don't give much. He's definitely someone I will do business with again, and am also referring a friend to him for a custom PC build he's been wanting to do. Keep up the great work Daniel, and I look forward to doing more business with you in the future!

Daniel came to my house and replaced my battery and the screen on my laptop for less than I was expecting to pay for just the battery itself. If you need a Mac repaired, call Daniel Wray! I will be going to him in the future for any computer repair needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the job, not by the hour. If it is a simple fix, I usually let it slide for next to nothing. More complicated jobs will cost more, and if you want to build a system, I offer free advice on what components to get.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently attend American Military University for Information Security Systems and often have assignments about the latest trends. I also look online for possible upgrades to buy for systems at my house.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Computers and technology were always something that interested me growing up.
