- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unlike most moving companies, we have no hidden fees! What you see is what you get. We also prorate our prices so if your job takes 4 1/2 hours, we won't charge you for 5, instead, we will charge you to the exact minute we finish!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically what we do is go over to the client's property if requested (for free of course) and walk their house to see all of the items needing to be moved, packaged, etc. Then, we will agree on a price, date, and time and go from there. Once you agree to use us, we will take care of everything else!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owners have a combined 25+ years of moving experience. We ensure the skills gained over the years are passed on to all of our employees. by only employing hard-working Red Raiders, we can ensure our quality is of the highest level! Upon employment, each employee will receive a detailed training manual describing our exact expectations along with at least 25 hours shadowing one of our supervisors on a job to gain real field experience. We demand the highest quality work from each of our employees. If we happen to get a bad review, we sit down with our employees and discuss how we can improve for next time!
