I contacted Tom and he came out next day. I had a serious roof leak. He discussed the problem with me, showed us the numerous damaged areas and provided a quote. We discussed when he could do the work, he said the day was slow. A few hours later, he had repaired all the broken tiles, re cemented the joints, and repaired the damaged flashing. Oh, did I mention this was Saturday? I will be calling these folks for any future problems.
