I contacted Tom and he came out next day. I had a serious roof leak. He discussed the problem with me, showed us the numerous damaged areas and provided a quote. We discussed when he could do the work, he said the day was slow. A few hours later, he had repaired all the broken tiles, re cemented the joints, and repaired the damaged flashing. Oh, did I mention this was Saturday? I will be calling these folks for any future problems.

UPDATE: Thomas called to discuss my recent review. He apologized about his delay in emailing my receipt and that if the recent roof repair had any problems, he’d come back out to fix it. I did not receive any before or after pics , however, he did call me to try and smooth over any difficulties. I really appreciated him working out the misunderstanding.
Thomas was very responsive, came to my home and gave me an estimate and said it was slow today and he’d could do NOW for this.... I said ok. HAD A bad GUT FEELING - Work was done, since it’s up on the roof, I asked for before & after pics, he showed them to me very quickly. I asked for a receipt for services, Thomas said he would email rpic and receipt to me - have received anything yet. I felt uneasy with the way they do business... sure cashed the check quickly... Would NOT use or recommend this company to anyone.
