Wedding officiate. Mr Hoggard officiated our son's wedding with gracious ease. He inserted relaxing humor for the couple and attendants. We were very pleased. He absolutely knows what he is doing. He made sure he allowed for special moments our young couple wanted like a sand mix ceremony, a time for grandparents that had passed away. A very nice personable minister. Thank you Mr. Hoggard.
